Refund and Cancellation Policy

Annual plans (Pro, CA Firm)

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first purchase of a plan and we'll refund it in full. This applies once per customer and not to renewals.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Renewals are not refunded once the new term has started, except where these terms say otherwise.

Single-statement purchases

If a paid conversion fails, or the result is unusable because we couldn't read the statement correctly, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it or give you a free conversion, whichever you prefer.

When you'll get the money

Approved refunds are sent within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account). Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. GST on refunded amounts is reversed through a credit note.
