Who we are

ScrutinyReady ("the service") is provided by MappOptimist Technologies LLP (GSTIN 07ABWFM8939K1Z5), 2nd, 301, Balalji 2 Apartment, Gadaipur, Sultanpur Extension, New Delhi, South Delhi, Delhi 110030, India. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What the service does

ScrutinyReady converts bank statement PDFs into Excel, CSV and Tally XML files, checks running balances, and produces a review report of items such as cash deposits, returned cheques and tax payments.

The conversion and the review report are tools to help you. They are not accounting, tax, legal or audit advice. You are responsible for checking the output against the original statement before you rely on it, file anything, or import it into your books. Features marked "beta" may contain errors.

Your responsibilities

Only upload statements you are entitled to process: your own, or your clients' with their permission. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share any personal data in them with us.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no automated bulk use outside your plan, and no uploading of files you know to be forged or unlawful.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans, payments and taxes

Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal.

Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your data

Statements are processed in memory and not stored. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do keep and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features; if we make a change that materially reduces a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel for a pro-rata refund.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses caused by relying on output you didn't check.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, after notice where reasonable.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
